These Terms and Conditions govern your use of aegispartners.ca and the outsourced accounting services provided by AEGIS Accounting Partners (“AEGIS”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to these terms. - Services
AEGIS provides outsourced bookkeeping, tax preparation, assurance support, payroll compliance, and financial planning services exclusively to CPA and Chartered Accountant firms. All deliverables are prepared for review and sign-off by your licensed professionals. AEGIS does not provide services directly to end clients of CPA firms. - Client Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate, complete, and timely information required to perform the agreed services. AEGIS is not liable for errors arising from incomplete or inaccurate information provided by the client. - Confidentiality
AEGIS treats all client information as strictly confidential. We do not share, sell, or disclose client data to third parties except as required by law or with the client’s explicit consent. All team members working on client files are bound by confidentiality obligations. - Data Security
AEGIS implements reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect client data. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure. Clients are responsible for securing their own systems and access credentials used to share data with AEGIS. - Intellectual Property
All deliverables prepared by AEGIS become the property of the client upon full payment. AEGIS retains the right to use generalized methodologies, processes, and knowledge in serving other clients. - Payment Terms
Payment terms are as agreed in the individual engagement letter or service agreement. AEGIS reserves the right to suspend services in the event of non-payment. - Limitation of Liability
AEGIS’s liability in connection with any service is limited to the fees paid for that specific engagement. AEGIS is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from the use of our services. - Termination
Either party may terminate the engagement with written notice as specified in the service agreement. Upon termination, all client files and data will be returned or securely deleted as agreed. - Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Province of Gujarat, India, where AEGIS Accounting Partners is incorporated. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Ahmedabad, India, unless otherwise agreed in the engagement letter. - Changes to These Terms
AEGIS reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. - Contact
